As Director, he oversees all operations across the company, ensuring smooth coordination and successful execution of projects. His extensive experience allows him to effectively manage teams, drive operational efficiency, and maintain the high standards that Maine Civil is known for in the industry.

Leanne manages the company’s financial and administrative functions, ensuring smooth operations. She plays a key role in keeping financial records accurate, handling client communications, and providing administrative support to ensure the business runs efficiently.

Callum is responsible for managing the transport and workshop operations, ensuring all equipment and vehicles are well-maintained and that logistics run smoothly. His leadership ensures operational efficiency and supports project delivery on time and within scope.
